Let us handle the bill of lading. If you send the dispatch to AES, either online, by phone, by fax or mail, we will prepare the bill of lading and fax or email it to you. The information contained in the bill of lading is compliant to all NMFC requirements. Using this will ensure you receive the rate you need.

I ship multiple bills per day and have no time to call or fax AES, can I simply use my own bill of lading to ship?
Absolutely, AES can get pre-typed bill of lading from the carrier who will be picking up your shipments. For many customers this is the easiest way to ship. AES Logistics information must be listed in the bill to section of the bill of lading to ensure the correct pricing is assigned to the bill.

What geographic areas does AES cover?
AES’ coverage extends as far north as Alaska, through Canada and into Mexico. In all of these areas, we can cover all shipping needs, including: Van, Flat Bed, Refer, Auto Transport, Air, Rail Service into and out of Canada, requires customs work, AES includes that in our service.
