In addition to the conventional
means of dispatch by phone or fax, our customers may also dispatch
via email or the web. Web dispatch is especially convenient,
ensuring that critical bits of information are not forgotten.
A dispatch can be initiated by either the sender, the receiver
of the shipment or a 3rd party, and is independent of which
carrier will be involved. This web
form can be
used to initiate the process.
We take pride in our prompt response times to dispatch requests. |

The dispatch process is
simple:
1. Arrange to have
shipment ready prior to dispatch.
2. Contact AES Logistics for dispatch – phone
or web. We’ll have the shipment picked up the same day
when we are contacted at least 2 hours prior to vendor closing.
3. AES completes paperwork, transmits Bill
of Lading, sends the carrier, begins tracking shipment.
4. Shipment is transported and delivered.
